Service Operations Expert - Consumer Durable Domain (3-15 yrs)
PURPOSE: Responsible for Service Operations of Modern Trade and Ecommerce
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing service expectations of Modern Trade and Ecommerce
- Responsible for follow - ups and tracking for installation or Service calls planning for same accounts
- Responsible for coordination with various branches for defective management in case of key TPs
- Manage Reliance Service Account - Defective spares/ ARA/ DMIR approval and reconciliations
- Responsible for complete service coordination for IKEA brand
- Responsible for service execution/ monthly claim settlement and invoicing for rental business vendors
- Managing 5 star ratings and reviews
- Custsat initiatives - Field related
- Driving Service KPIs / WISE with regions and branches
