Service Technician (2-5 yrs)
Role Description:
We develop healthcare devices which have electronics, cables, mechanical, optics and computer parts. The candidate should be motivated to assemble, install and service these hardware, in all aspects. These devices would be working both in our own company and outside, so the candidate should be willing to travel for field installation and service. Since the servicing requirements come up even on weekends, the candidate should be available for support during the weekends. The candidate should ensure the quality of installation and servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Hardware device servicing and repair during weekends
- Field visits for installation and servicing
- Troubleshooting of hardware and minor fixes
- Assist in assembly of the hardware devices in the lab
- Storekeeping of all lab equipment and raw materials and documenting on Excel/equivalent software tool
- Forms and reports generation for device usage/installation/repair
Skills:
- Experience in production process (assembly and repair)
- Well conversant in Kannada
- Understands English language
- Diploma/ITI in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical
- Good in MS Excel
