Job Title : Service trainer (Aftersales)

Responsibilities, role, task & duties of position
Training Course preparation, Planning and Setup:
Able to understand technical training modules and deliver technical training with practical examples and demonstration on Engines, chassis, electrical etc.
Good and through understanding of Petrol, Diesel technology and advance technologies like CAN communication, electric, hybrid etc.
Able to understand and deliver training on Engine control systems, electrical trainings, Automatic /CVT transmission and chassis related trainings.
Able to understand and develop content through repair manuals.
Able to plan and prepare for regular technical training courses.
Able to take care of training aids, equipment- s, vehicles and maintain vehicle conditions after regular training conductions.
Able to travel and plan training with cost saving and quality output.
Able to contribute ideas for training aid development e.g. cut sections, working models etc. Experience in cut section development is add on.
Kaizen mindset and cost effective with focus on not compromising on quality delivery.
Aptitude and interest in training and manpower development.
Able to handle manpower certifications and other activities related to reward and recognition.
Experience in both hard core Technician training and process & Behaviour Service Advisor trainings
Exposure to DMS [dealer management system]
aware of passenger car dealership operations
Behavioural:
Experience in developing new trainers, dealing with content development team.
Synergize with Training Team and all internal stakeholders. Positive attitude, and a team player. learning attitude. Free to travel PAN India, as and when required.
