Service Warehouse & Logistics Executive (5-10 yrs)
Our client is based in OMAN.
Job Location: Oman
Client: The company is the sole authorised distributor of Samsung, Apple, Motorola & LG Mobiles, Laptops & Computer Accessories.
Candidate: The incumbent should hold BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics and have 5 to 10 years relevant experience. He will manage spares & Accessories at service centers level for efficient service delivery and maximize the service department performance, co-ordinate with logistics partner with in /out side country for business need, Optimizing service department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, growing profitable Service &sales business, exercising disciplined expense control, attracting and retaining outstanding talent and effectively engaging department personnel.
Job Profile:
His role will be to:
1. Develop and maintain effective service department spares planning processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
2. Take care of Local & International logistics co-ordination
3. Create monthly Parts planning goals and budget, in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives and effective Inventory Management.
4. Create MIS for the service center on day to day activity
5. Co-ordinate between service canters and logistics partner for pickup and deliveries of parts/Devices
6. Conduct a regular system vs. physical inventory audit of all parts and related inventories.
5. Submit all warranty parts to OEM's and return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit.
6. Maintain record keeping of service department tools, equipment& other inventories
7. Have a fair understanding of supply chain management
8. Ensure adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.
