Looking Candidate for Roto and Paint with software knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, Nuke, Fusion, and Silhouette
.1) Artist creates background plates and restores sequence paint for high-end visual effects.
2) Minimum two- to- Three years' hands-on experience with 2D paint and stereo paint and Roto work.
3) Able to break shots down into individual components with little supervision.
4) Easily assimilates feedback given by supervisors.
5) Researches appropriate references including continuity with like shots. Proactively shares this information with the team.
6) Demonstrates excellent troubleshooting skills.
7) Should have in-depth knowledge of VFX pipeline for production deliveries.
8) Experience preferably in Hollywood VFX.
9) Must have the willingness to learn new tools, a proven ability to be detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
10) Ability to work under tight deadlines and to work efficiently within a production environment.
11) Completes the allotted project within the given man days as per client requirements and maintains quality standards set by the company.
12) Good team player and help team members to learn and grow Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented.
13) Should be able to take ownership of the project and complete the same before the deadline.
14) Able to understand the clear instruction from client and provide the desired output.
15) Does Self-review/quality checks for accuracy.
16) Strong communication and time management skills
17) Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other artists
18) Accurately assess the length of time necessary to generate high quality work.
19) Flexibility to work in swing Morning / Evening shifts.
20) Able to finish the tasks without any handholding/supervision.
21) Accountable for meeting productivity and quota targets on time
Job Types : Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Salary: INR20,000.00 - INR30,000.00 per month.
