Dock Metrics :
- On time vehicle departures connection
- Ontime loading
- Ontime vehicle OffLoading inbound connection
- Real time In Transit marking of all MM as per departure connection
- Ensuring all Manifest connected in vehicle
- Real time MMs receipt at destination on vehicle arrival
- Pendency Clearance +1 day on ground
- Reverse Pendency Clearance+1 on ground
- In Manifest +1 day clearance
- Misroute pendency clearance+1day
- Via Pendency+1 day clearance
- LH Dashboard adherence
Dock Management :
- Proper accountability of load handing over to the coloaders
- Ensure POD collection from the coloader
- Shift planning and training of the on roll and off roll employees
- Attendance of the of roll employees measures to take to reduce the losses at dock
- Work closely with security team to ensure all safety measures of man and material also process adherence at dock
- Coordinate with central team for any vehicle delay/placement/ad hoc requirement at dock
