Sheru - Supply Chain Role (4-9 yrs)
Salary (Annual ) - 5 Lakhs - 9 Lakhs
Responsibilities :
- Work with procurement managers to negotiate and source the right products from vendors while adapting to changing levels of product demand
- Develop new vendors to meet global standards of products while implementing and executing processes to optimize costs
- Control and optimize manufacturing and delivery processes
- Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Work with freight forwards and transportation companies to set best route and rate
- Work with technical team to provide on ground learnings during production, transportation,- installation and operations for rapid product iterations
- Support proper utilization of ERP systems
Qualifications/Skills :
- Bachelors Degree from a reputed college
- Quick learner with the ability to multi-task, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges
- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
