General Summary
Coordinates and ensures Conveyors & Vacuum systems in DRP, SMP (Ph1, Ph2, and EISC) are clean and provide service in timely manner to support uninterrupted DRP & SMP operational process. Responsible about the organizing and coordinating the jobs performed by individuals to increase work efficiency of the MH manpower
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
- Coordinates and follow up inspection to ensure all conveyors are cleaned
- Communicate with maintenance in case of any mechanical or electrical operation fault found in conveyor system and explaining to them the problem and follow up with them till completion.
- Oversees the on-the-job trainees and newly hired manpower to ensure that they develop the necessary skills to perform their assigned tasks independently and effectively.
- Ensures compliance with the safety, quality, health and environmental regulatory.
- Reports daily to the Day supervisor all the activities of the shift and immediately report any emergency or abnormal situation.
- Follow up with Vacuum Services Activities as per schedule plan for cleaning.
- Arrange Permit to Work for the required job
- Follow up with contractor regarding Vacuum system (Static and Mobile) inspection and repair job Report to supervisor if there is any problem with vacuum system.
- Follow up with labors during cleaning activities.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Carries out routine inspections of conveyor systems and facilities to ensure unplanned interruptions are minimized.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

- Implementing action plans and objectives to accomplish company's goals with respect to Inventory, budgetary, manpower and contractors management.
Minimum Education Qualifications (Must Haves)
- Secondary School
- Diploma graduate or equivalent
Any preferred professional training (Nice to have)
- HSE trainings.
- Supervisory level trainings.
- Training on Conveyor Operations & maintenance
- Material & heavy Equipment Management
Professional Experience (Must haves)
- 1-3 Years of experience in similar field
Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations (Nice to have)
- Experience in any similar filed.

Working Conditions
- General working Hours are in shift from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22;00 and 22:00 to 06:00 as needs of work, working hours could be extend after duty time, weekends and official holidays.
- Working days from Sunday till Sunday, with the weekly OFF as stipulated by the shift Rota. As needs of work, working days could be extending at weekends and official holidays.
- Working Environment spends most of his day within the Casting plant, and is therefore always faced with harsh weather conditions.
