Required Skills: Handled ASRS Function individually, Knowledge of PLC based controlled process, energy optimization skills, Maintenance of Instrumentation, Knowledge of VFD, Servo drive & DC drive
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintenance of Electrical/Electronics and Instrumentation of functions in ASRS in tire industry.
- Maintenance of Instrumentation, Automation and Electrical installation in ASRS and related utility.
- Knowledge of variable frequency drive (VFD), Servo drive, DC drive and controls of various make - Siemens /Allen Bradely / sew etc.
- Maintenance of plant instruments, Implement instrument wise preventive maintenance plan as per OEM recommendation.
- Calibration of instruments as per frequency of ISO 9001-2015 & EMS 14001-2015
- Knowledge of PLC based controlled process and able to trouble shooting online of the same.
- Maintenance of all the hydraulics valve train system, Control valves and pneumatic valves used in operation ASRS machines.
- Maintenance and calibration of temperature sensors, pressure gauges, pressure switches, flow switches, flow meters and indicating and controlling instruments, weighing system, level measuring instrument, LVDT, and other types of special sensors used in curing process.
- Routine breakdowns and visual checks in regular shift and the routine setup of different type of sensors used in conveyor system and electrical safeties in machine.
- ASRS modifications in machine PLC/HMI program and respective settings if required.
- RCA of critical machine breakdowns and energy optimization skills.
