To be part of the operation team, who will be responsible for plant operations in shifts and to achieve the shift targets in terms of productivity, Quality, Safety, Cost and Environment parameters by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

- Adherence to plant safety procedures and ensure Zero safety incidents

- Achieve the shift targets in terms of Productivity, Delivery, Quality, Safety, Cost and Environment

- Identification of process bottle necks and suggesting improvement solutions

- Capability building in the technicians

- Trouble shooting the issue in packing lines with the support of stake holder

- Contributing to improve the section parameter like OEE, Batch Loss,etc

- Handling manpower related issue at shop floor

- Documentation updating and maintaining (IMS, Dept recordst etc)

- Resource Planning technician & contractor for routine & non routine activities.
