Shift Engineer - Plastic Processing Caps (5-13 yrs)
Working as Closure processing engineer in shift
Responsible for:
Mold and process setting
Maintaining process through SPC and maintain quality
Maintain OEM standard cycle time and processing
Prepare shift report
Execute preventive maintenance
New color and mold trial
Maintain PPC, OPRP and ERP, FIFO
Maintain utilities like chiller, dryer and compressor
Requrements:
Experience in Injection Molding: Nestal/Husky injection molding machine for closure manufacturing
Compression Molding: Sacmi
Printing machine: Tampoprint/ pad printing machines
Experience in Blowing/ filling and capping machine will have added advantage
Ability to communicate effectively in English
