Shift Engineer - Production (3-8 yrs)
The Client :
Leading mfg and distributor of CO2 and dry ice starting up in Thailand
The Role : Indicative deliverables :
- Plan and control the shift operations
- Support and maintain the good condition of factory utility and machineries
- Materials Planning and inventory control
- Plan for preventive maintenance program / analyse and plan for machine breakdown program
- Updating the technical knowledge about the process and machines
- Quality and safety proceudres and compliances
- Bringing in cost effective operational techniques
- Manage industrial relations at the factory
- New projects or upgradation of the technology
The Person for the Role :
- UG/ PG in Engineering - Chemical / Mech with about 3 to 5 years of experience in managing shop floor / production plant in Chemical / CO2 industry.
- Good understanding of global manufacturing practices is a must
- Excellent relationship skills to manage workforce.
