DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (Manage & guide the shift supervisors of department in achieving plans)

1. Keep a record of activity planned & achieved during shift

2. Ensure preventive maintenance plan is adhered to or not

3. Manpower management

4. Ensure delivery of quality products from production line.

5. Ensure safety of personnel & assets during shift

6. Organize timely QC inspection

7. Maintaining all the records and details related to production, maintenance & logistics.

8. To work on projects allocated to improvement and modification.

9. Ensure track on OEE of every department.
