Position Title: - Shift Officer/ Executive

No. of Positions: Two (2)

Location: Verna, Goa

Industry Preference: Any Manufacturing

Work Experience: 3 to 7 years

Educational: Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Electronics/Mechanical/Production) with minimum 5 years of experience in managing Production Shift.

Areas of Responsibility/ Tasks:-

- Production Planning (Machine loading plan and work allocation for all shift employees on the floor).

- Supervising team for timely / error free production and setting Targets for the team members and achieve the same.

- Responsible for increasing Machine output.

- Coordinate with other departments like sales, stores, maintenance.

- Daily reporting on Plan V/s Actual Production with proper analysis and action.

- Responsible for preparing daily/ monthly/ yearly required reports related to production.

- Ensure Quality requirements are met with respect to incoming raw material & finished product also.

- Organize required materials availability as per plan/Back up Plan.

- Accounting of material on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.

- Reduction in Process Time & Wastage. Responsible for preparing Wastage Analysis Report.

- Ensure Proper documentation as per QMS or any other standard.

- Induction/In process training of employees and creating team.

- Other related responsibilities given from time to time.
