We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Superintendent cracker to join our team. As a Shift Superintendent cracker, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our cracking unit and ensuring the smooth running of production processes. You will be responsible for managing a team, monitoring production, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cracking operations and a proven track record in managing teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of operators and technicians in day-to-day cracking operations

- Monitor and control key process parameters to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the cracking unit

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve any operational issues or inefficiencies

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment

- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to plan and execute maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency

- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members

- Monitor production and inventory levels to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manner

Requirements:
