Siegwerk - Manager - Technology Development - Offset Inks (8-11 yrs)
This is not the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY role but the Technology development for the inks manufacturing.
Role :
- Ensure development and implementation of ink solutions and utilization of technical resources in coordination with application and sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve defined business objectives.
- Ensure Develop and manage sheeted BU product portfolio, raw materials, intermediates and finished goods as defined by market and BU requirements.
- Formulation of offset inks.
- Regulatory compliance management (related to packaging, like REACH, CONEG, ROHS, EUPEA, EN71 etc...) for complete range of product portfolio, included finished goods and raw materials Implementation of raw materials, intermediates and finished goods introduction for future technology applications, services and solutions in coordination with Head technology and BU Head.
- Cross functional coordination (like GIN, Purchase, SCM, GAN etc....) to ensure and comply technology solutions with customer and market need Efficient project management to provide defined technology solutions, applications, services according to agreed timelines, budget and standard.
- Compliance with HSE rules and quality standard like IMS, HIRARC, 5S etc.. as well as chemical industry standards within the area of responsibility Tasks as defined by manager to assist external technical partners, market partners within area of responsibility as well as cooperate with technology counterpart within the group.
- Applicable work in close co-operation with SCM team to continually improve performance at product manufacturing and continuously improve professional expertise. Team / People Management.
Qualification :
- University Degree (M.Sc. Chemistry or Chemical Engineering)
- Min 8-10 Years comprehensive experience in defined ink technology environment (R&D, Application service)
