Job Description

1. Position: Site Engineer.

2. Company: Consulting Company.

3. Qualification: Diploma in Civil or BE Civil Engineering.

4. Experience: 5 - 6 Years.

5. Location: Nagpur.

6. Responsibility:

- Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in developing project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project objectives. Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations.

- Project Supervision: Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed according to design, specifications, and standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a safe working environment.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets the required standards and specifications. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders. Prepare and submit regular reports to the client and project stakeholders.

- Construction Management: Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and standards. Ability to oversee and manage construction activities on-site.

- Great educational background, preferably in the field of civil engineering.

7. Skills :

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
