Site Engineer - Real Estate (5-8 yrs)
SITE ENGINEER - 2 NOS. -SITES LOCATED IN NORTH GOA - ANJUNA, ASSAGAO, ARPORA
CANDIDATES SHOULD BE :
1. Degree / Diploma Holder in B. Civil.
2. Pleasant personality, dynamic, hardworking. Need to speak in English.
3. MIN 5 - 7 years of experience.
4. Should have own mode of transport.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SITE ENGINEER :
1. To check quality of workmanship and materials at site.
2. To check all construction works on day to day basis.
3. Planning and scheduling weekly / monthly targets for contractors at sites and reviewing works on constant basis.
4. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
5. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
6. To send daily and monthly reports to office.
7. To co-ordinate with all agencies.
8. To check bills of contractors.
9. Ensure health and safety standards at sites.
10. Any other duties which may be decided by the management from time to time.
