We have multiple projects in Pan India and at present we have requirements for the candidature location Bangalore & Pune . (We shall provide on job training as and when required)

We are looking forward to hiring Male candidates for different domains like Technical Support, Desktop Support, System Administrator, Network Engineer, Network Support, Server Engineer. It will be a Toll Site work.

Education Background : B.Tech (Electronics) / BCA / ITI

KRA:

1. The person should be physically fit and Available round the clock on mobile for support.

2. Able to attend the complaints on the toll Plaza at any time.

3. Required basic troubleshooting of PC installation/ Networking topology / OS installation / Basic knowledge of Hardware like Electronic devices like Barrier, printer, camera installation, switch / router installation, Remote access knowledge.

4. Have capability to resolve / rectify the problem and satisfy the customer duly signed by toll in charge.

5. Check and control the toll Equipment at server room, collection Booths, regularly daily check the setup equipment at site.

6. Review and monitor the installed Toll equipment at site and review of movement of vehicles and incoming / outgoing Vehicles and installed Cameras.

7. Monitoring and performing regular audits System.

8. Managing site & to ensure the maintain minimum down time of Toll system &ETC.

9. Reporting & timely interaction with onsite customers as well the other parties on issues of installation and day to day site operation issues.

10.Timely sending Daily report (Fault Report/ Lane Status report / site activities) to management team.

11. Entirely responsible for toll equipment like Cash collecting, easily functioning of toll plaza.
