Site Engineer/Works Manager - Road Constructions (10-15 yrs)
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force
- Checking contractors bills and estimation for the project.
- Respond to architect's and client's queries on project being undertaken
- Work Measurement
- Quality inspection, maintain checklist, estimation, billing
- To lead construction unit in preparing programmes, delivery schedules and reviews of budgets for all road construction projects.
- Directs and controls the activities of the construction team to ensure that every project adheres to stipulated parameters
- Maintain progress and completion reports for each project and prepares project progress reports for consideration by Management
- Leads discussions and negotiations with third party supply companies/subcontractors. Prepare and review payment application of project.
- Prepare and review pavement certificates prepared for payments to sub contractors and Coaches, develops & regularly appraises site team.
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree in civil engineering.
- Should be computer literate.
- Should have valid passport.
Experience:12 years of which minimum 6 years in Road Constructions.
Salary: Net savings in Indian currency + single accommodation + food and other permissible allowances
