1. Regular / Full time Engineering graduate in Mechanical/Production Engineering.

2. About 15 years of experience in Manufacturing and Quality functions, out of which at least 5 years the candidate should have had hands of experience in Welding & Fabrication

3. Should have managed a manufacturing facility at similar level with employee strength of atleast 100.

4. Experience in Modern Manufacturing concepts in the areas of Lean, SCM, Production Engineering, Logistics etc. is essential & effective people management skills.

5. Good Communications (MS Office and English) and MNC fit. (Experience in MNC is must)

Main Purpose of Job

To effectively manage manufacturing facilities to ensure on time delivery of manufactured components in a cost effective and competitive manner, to achieve annual production targets and to implement strategies for continuous improvement within a safe working environment.

1. Plan, organize, control and drive all manufacturing activities such as production planning, production, quality control, warehousing, maintenance, EHS.

2. Assure that products are produced in the appropriate time, costs, quality, safety and requirements.

3. Ensure the adequate utilization of company's equipments, materials and people.

4. Meet monthly KPIs and Budgets.

Accountabilities

1. Manage, control and coordinate production, production planning, maintenance, quality control and warehousing areas in order to assure that what company sold to clients is adequately produced by the plant.

2. Manage factory loading taking into account WIP and bookings forecasts to ensure capacity is balanced with demand. Engage in monthly meetings with local OEM sales / proposals, After market to understand the forecast bookings are understood and fully reflected in the loading plan.

3. Guarantee the deliver of products within quality required by the client and in accordance with standards.

4. Assure production schedules are in accordance with established targets by realizing interface with the contract area.

5. Assure the optimization of industrial processes by interfacing the BU's area.

6. Guarantee the accomplishment of the Quality System procedures.

7. Manage and monitor the implementation of quality assurance and quality control standards to ensure that risk.
