Site Incharge - Mechanical Maintenance (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- To run the site smoothly as per the terms in purchase order .
- Plan with shift in charge and Co-ordinate with operation and maintenance team to fulfill the requirement and achievements of KPI .
Responsibilities :
- Co-ordinate with shift in charge and operation and maintenance
- Communication with customer team for any abnormality, production update, urgent work, pending jobs, etc.
- Organize production meetings every day with customer and plan operation activities.
- Safety of people and equipment at site.
- Handholding of shift in charge and competency development of them.
- Proper planning for maximum utilization of manpower, machines.
- Prepare project dashboard and prepare MIS for the site.
- Inventory of all consumable & tools and report to concerned person well in advance
- Overall housekeeping of shop floor and 5 S activity in respective area
