Qualifications: Education and Experience

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (minimum)

Minimum 15 years- experience

Project Management/ Construction Management experience for a minimum 10 years

Experience in the planning, coordination and execution of buildings, high rises and low rises, commercial

Job Description

- Oversee construction of high rise buildings in the area of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting work.

- Assist Senior project Manager/ Project Manager/ Site Manager on the project

- Coordinate with stakeholders, i.e. consultants, owners, project teams

- Very strong in planning, scheduling, coordination and closure of projects

- Implementation of Safety, and Quality requirements of building and related construction,

- Manage multiple supervisors and multiple portions of project site

- Periodic reporting to management, Client communication, problem resolution

- Meeting strict timelines

- Perform reviews at regular intervals

- Familiar with basic design principles and experience in testing and commissioning of system

Other qualifications:

- Familiar with Mechanical, Electrical and other services

- Knowledge of Safety, Quality, compliance requirements of building and related construction

- Experience in Planning, Execution and Commissioning phases of a project.

- Problem solving and communication skills

- Ability to work in a cross functional role

- Multitasking and deal with ambiguity

- Skilled at Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel products
