Site Manager - Mill Operations (8-20 yrs)
We have been mandated for post of Site Incharge/Site Manager, work location at Mechery near Mettur, Salem.
Educational Qualification & Experience ; BE/BTech Mechanical/Metalurgy with 8 Yrs+ experience Or Dip in Mechanical or Metallurgy with min 12 yrs experience.
Job Description :
1. Managing Operation and Maintenance of Mills, especially Bar and Rod Mill (BRM) and Blooming Mill(BLM) in a large scale integrated Steel Industry.
2. Capable of co-coordinating with HOD levels of client and our Head Office.
3. Capable of preparation and validation of various reports, both technical and administrative.
4. Costing, estimation, Payment follow up
4. Managing work force of 600 plus, in single location.
5. Should be conversant in English, Tamil and Hindi
6. Good in Administration, handling day to day operational issues.
7. Handling IR/ER issues
