Site Manager/Supervisor (1-3 yrs)
Manage multiple sites on the Phone & take follow up with Labour Contractors for work status
1. Inform & keep client updated about the work status
2. Fill out basic Site Paperwork - Daily Work Permit; Tools Checklist; Safety Checklist
3. Before Work Start - Site Assessment Format; Making the Pre-work Measurement Sheet & Material Production Quantity after Order Finalisation
4. During the work - Track Site Progress & Update in the client group; Submit & do on-site billing of Material & Labour Bills - Backoffice support will be provided for all sorts of paperwork
5. After the Work Completion - Getting the Measurement Sheet Certified; Submit balance billing to client; Make corresponding Labour Contractor Bills
6. Require the person to be a Team Player & Manage multiple sites using taking Follow up on the phone
7. Strong & Effective Communication Skills along with Patience are a must for this Job
