Site Safety Supervisor - Safety Assessments/Inspections (1-5 yrs)
Tejas Constructions and Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is an infrastructure company operating in the field of development of Water Supply, Sewerage, and Industrial Constructions including Sugar Factories, Power Plants and Spinning mills for last 45 years.
Responsibilities :
1. Engage at all levels of the company staff on site to lead achieving a strong zero injury safety culture
2. Accountable to ensure all company safety requirements are communicated to project team members, contractors, labors and machine operators
3. Ensure contractors and project team members are fully indoctrinated to the construction site and safety expectations, including necessary training and education
4. Identify conditions that have the potential to create harm to people, work, environments or communities
5. Conduct comprehensive on-site safety assessments/inspections and verify effective corrective actions are being completed
6. Coordinate hazard, near misses and incidents reporting and investigations and verify corrective actions are completed
7. Collect and share company required information and site progress report with the head office
Required Skills : Certification in related field or equivalent experience with managing safety on construction projects
