Key Responsibilities:
- Backend Site Operations - Coordinate with on-site teams and ensure seamless execution.
- Technical Discussions - Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project requirements.
- Technical Documentation - Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, blueprints, and reports.
- Troubleshooting & Support - Provide remote and on-site technical solutions.
- Quality Assurance - Ensure all operations meet industry and company standards.
What You Need to Succeed :
- Proficiency in AutoCAD - Strong technical drafting skills.
- Site Experience - Understanding of construction operations & coordination.
- Technical Knowledge - Expertise in backend operations and troubleshooting.
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Problem-Solving & Communication Skills - Ability to work under pressure & multitask effectively.
