Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for design and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage on-site activities for interior design projects.

- Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to the project timeline.

- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets design specifications and company standards.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations on-site.

- Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports and site records.

- Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently, escalating to the project manager when necessary.

- Manage the procurement and delivery of materials to the site.

- Conduct regular site meetings to provide updates and address concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior design or construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings.

- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
