Site Supervisor/Project Coordinator - Real Estate (2-10 yrs)
- We are looking out for Site Supervisor/ Project Coordinator for our Most Elite Projects in the Retail Commercial Industry. The Site Supervisor will be the owner of execution of projects assigned to him with accountability of delivery from Vendors and workers at stipulated timelines.
- We are the only one in Mumbai who work Pan India for the most elite International brands/ Designer Labels.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- We are hiring Site Supervisor/ Project Coordinator for our firm. The candidate needs to be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and able to work on tight deadlines.
- Fine understanding of drawings
- Coordination and supervision of workers.
- Provide schedules and tasks for workers
- Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated.
- Translate blueprints into plans
- Organizing the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project.
- Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards
- Keeping detailed records of site activities and reporting to Head Office/ Respective Leads.
Able to work on stringent time lines
Open for extensive travelling
