Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee water treatment construction and interior projects across India. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision:- Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

- Quality Control:- Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

- Coordination:- Liaise with architects, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.

- Scheduling:- Plan activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely task completion.

- Problem Solving:- Resolve site issues promptly.

- Reporting:- Maintain records of progress, materials, and issues. Provide regular updates to the project manager.

- Compliance:- Ensure all activities meet legal and regulatory requirements, especially in water treatment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience:- 2 to 6 years in construction site supervision, particularly in water treatment.

- Education:- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Skills:- Strong understanding of construction techniques, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- Flexibility:- Willingness to travel and work at various site locations across India.
