SM/AGM & Lead - Electrical (12-18 yrs)
- Lead the design & development of Electrical systems for electric motorcycles, from concept to production.
- Creating Vehicle Architecture & Structure for High Voltage system and component designing, development and implementation in product.
- Drive innovation in electrical technology, ensuring optimal performance, structure, architecture and efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering and design, to integrate other systems (Battery, motor, controller, cluster etc) seamlessly into our products.
- Establish and implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the reliability and safety of Vehicle & component level electrical systems.
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and performance analysis to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Work on vehicle integration with all related components of electrical and electronics.
- New Sensors implementation, various voltage system implementations, extraction of best performance/effieciecy from the system.
- Creation of processes, procedures and standards for the department for smooth & transparent working.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to EV/battery technology.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary certifications and approvals.
