SocialPilot - Admin Executive (1-2 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan and prepare finance related reports required to maintain office infrastructure and facilities
- Vendor management : Oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of office equipment that is required for the facility - IT Systems, air conditioning etc
- Asset Management : Oversee all the company owned items and make sure it is properly used and stored securely
- Event Management : Organize meetings and conferences, make travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests and staff
- Manage maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, etc., Coordinate with the service provider(s) to get it repaired or fixed within the timeline
- Ensure the availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees
- Keep all the administrative bills properly documented and settle the dues on time to make sure none of the services is interrupted
- Act as info-hub to provide administration related information and supervise administrative activities such as housekeeping, catering, mail/courier deliveries, stationery stocks,, etc
Requirements :
- Proficiency in office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs, etc
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver within defined deadlines
- Proven ability in multitasking and prioritizing workload
- Good interpersonal, report writing, and ability to communicate politely at all levels
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Light accounting duties
