Solar Cell Design Expert (10-30 yrs)
Job Summary:
- Seeking a Solar Cell Designing Expert to lead the development, optimization, and innovation of solar cell technology.
- The role involves designing high-efficiency photovoltaic cells, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring cost-effective production solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-efficiency solar cells using advanced materials and techniques.
- Optimize photovoltaic (PV) cell performance through simulations and testing.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance solar cell efficiency and durability.
- Work with manufacturing teams to implement scalable production methods.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Research emerging solar technologies and integrate innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot design and performance issues in PV cells.
- Document technical findings and present reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master- s/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and PV technology.
- Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., TCAD, COMSOL, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of thin-film, silicon, and perovskite solar technologies.
- Experience with fabrication techniques and material characterization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Patent or publication in solar energy research is a plus.
