Job Summary:

As an O&MManager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and longevity. You will lead teams in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system monitoring to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Collaborating closely with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders, you will ensure that all systems operate at peak efficiency and comply with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Maintenance Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure uninterrupted operation of solar installations.

- Manageremote monitoring systems to track performance metrics and identify potential issues in real-time.

2. TeamLeadership and Supervision:

- Leadandmanage ateam of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring proper training, safety, and adherence to company standards.

- Ensure effective communication within the O&M team and across other departments to guarantee smooth operation and maintenance activities.

- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to ensure the resolution of operational issues.

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Analyze system performance data, identify trends, and develop action plans to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the solar assets.

- Prepare and present O&M performance reports, including downtime analysis, performance ratios, and maintenance schedules.

- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of O&M activities.

4. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Actasthe primary point of contact for clients regarding O&M activities, providing updates on system performance and addressing concerns or inquiries.

- Collaborate with clients to optimize system performance, suggesting upgrades or improvements when necessary.

- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective O&M services.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of system components to ensure quality and reliability.

- Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions and maximize system uptime.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

- Minimumof 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance, with a focus on solar energy systems.

- Strong knowledge of solar PV system components, including inverters, modules, and electrical systems.

- Proven experience managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in Solar O&M or related fields.

- Proficiency in monitoring software and data analytics tools for solar system performance.

- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations related to O&M
