Solution Consultant - Civil - 3D (4-6 yrs)
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing pre-sales and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution consulting.
- Collaborate with sales team members to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct product evaluations and proof-of-concept (POC) trials to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of our products or solutions to potential customers.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for product improvement or enhancement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
- Document technical specifications, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures to support knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Drafting, or related field is preferred.
Experience: 5 years of experience working with Civil 3D in civil engineering projects.
