Roles and Responsibilities
- Should independently handle Sourcing and Purchasing activity
- Timely delivery of material/services to the project & coordination with the project team for the procurement related issues
- Negotiation, Vendor Development and Vendors Evaluation for Engineering Materials.
- Able to handle allotted portfolio with existing vendors and add new vendors according to requirement
- Procurement procedure, Technical and Commercial Comparison, RFQ handling etc.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications :
- The candidate should be Diploma/Degree holder in Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering with experience in dealing with vendors in medium / large scale machine manufacturing Industries.
- Minimum 3-5 years- experience working in the Structured Cabling / Fiber/ copper network solutions
- Deep Understanding of Structured cabling, Fiber Optics, Fiber Management systems, Patch panels, ODF(optical distribution units), UTP/STP Cabling, Information outlets (IO) & Copper network cables, Copper network patch cord Assembly, Fiber joint closures, Fiber home termination box(HTB), Fiber cable assemblies, MPO fiber patch cords etc
