Job Overview :
- This job entails overseeing and managing strategic projects directly aligned with the CEO's vision. The Project Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of these initiatives. Joining the CEO's Office offers a unique opportunity for contributing to the company's success.
Create :
- Assistance in the preparation of agendas and capturing salient points, decisions, action items, and status in meetings such as Board meetings and project Meetings Draft correspondence to be sent on behalf of and signed by the leader Coordination of special projects such as feasibility studies when required
Nurture :
- Support the leader in managing information exchange and ensure effective communication occurs across key stakeholder groups Share collective responsibility for delivering organizational objectives, through active engagement and collaboration with employees at all levels in the organization Perform tasks that will free up the leader's time
Manage :
- Ensure that urgent inquiries and emerging issues are brought to the leader's attention Assist with the recording and storage of information under records management policies and procedures Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards, and practices Act only in ways that advance the organization objectives, values, and reputation Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the leader
We are looking for someone with :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative or executive support role, preferably supporting senior executives or leaders.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication with the ability to draft professional correspondence and capture meeting minutes accurately.
- Strong organizational abilities to assist in preparing agendas, managing information exchange, and coordinating special projects.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in recording information, managing records, and handling urgent inquiries effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software for document preparation, information management, and communication.
- Ability to anticipate needs, identify emerging issues, and proactively address them to free up the leader's time and support their effectiveness.
