- To manage sampling and production from vendors for Indian retail.

- Calendar Planning for sampling and production.

- Factory and Supplier Planning with time-lines and dead-lines.

- Choosing right suppliers for the right products.

- Tracking of all styles - from sampling to orders to delivery.

- Responsible for the product pipeline progress.

- Ensuring quality management.

- Responsible to source and deliver right prices and margins without compromising the value of the products.

- Fabrics available with the vendors or in the local markets.

Skills expected - multi-tasking, co-ordination, negotiations, keen observation, analytical skills.

Understanding of apparel manufacturing economics and operations management.

Open to challenges, adaptability to shifting work patterns, capability to take on-the-fly decision.
