Spare Parts Assistant - Automobile (1-2 yrs)
Job Description:
- Develops and maintains effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Maintain adequate supplies of parts and materials to meet requirements.
- Issue parts, materials and equipment from stores as required.
- Receive replacement stocks of parts, materials and equipment, ensuring that these are correct in terms of number and specification.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements to ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained.
- Carry out regular stock checks to ensure that adequate supplies are maintained.
- Reorder stock as required to ensure that the optimum levels of required parts, materials and equipment are maintained.
- Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient stores environment.
- Conducts a perpetual/annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories. Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the required time frame to receive maximum credit. Maximizes use of all order discount programs.
- Establish and maintain a balanced inventory that ensures customer's needs are met. Prepare MIS report & reconcile every month of all raw material, all equipments spare parts & general
Requirements:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1-2 years in Automobile
Other Requirements:
Computer Applications knowledge - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Communications Skills - English, Hindi, Marathi
Knowledge of Auto Parts.
