Spare Parts Manager - Two/Three Wheeler - Automobile Giant (10-24 yrs)

Our client is an automobile giant in 2 Wheelers / 3 Wheelers

- Handling Dealers (2 wheelers/ 3 wheelers) and Network expansion.

- Check the overall functioning of 2/3W equipment's and its usage by the dealer service staff.

- Check for all spare parts policies and the systems and ensure its compliance by dealer staff.

- Maintain and develop the current spares network in African markets.

- Organize and conduct training programs at dealership companies.

- Appoint, develop spare parts dealer network, channel Spare parts sales Network.

- Implementing different strategies for achieving Spare parts sales targets.

- Lead the team of Spare Parts.

- MIS implementation Dealer Network reports and Channel Network reports etc.

- Ensure that the spare parts receive and Issue procedure is followed by the stores team.

- Hands on experience in spares ordering and planning.

- Handling spares inventory.

- Review sales performance on monthly basis, conduct one to one meeting identify and take corrective action for performance improvement.

Age Group : Max 40 years

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 14+ years of experience in handling 2 wheeler spare parts with OEM's (TVS, HONDA, Ex Bajaj, Yamaha motors, Suzuki motors, Mahindra & Mahindra 2w).

- Knowledge of written and spoken English is a must.

- Knowledge & experience in auto OEM industry

- Well versed with MS office applications.

- Frequent travelling involved.

- People Management Skills

- Knowledge of 2W /3W automobile functioning and related parts is a must.

- Knowledge of industry best practices.
