Electronics Specialist

Job Purpose:

- As an Electronics Specialist at the Haridwar factory, will be responsible for managing and optimizing the electronic systems and processes across the production lines.

- This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of electrical and automation systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and overseeing the integration of new electronic technologies to enhance production efficiency.

- Will work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence in the Business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the installation, maintenance, and optimization of electronic systems within the factory.

- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues to ensure minimal production downtime.

- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify areas of improvement in automation and control systems.

- Implement preventive maintenance programs for all electronic and electrical equipment.

- Manage electronic inventory, ensuring availability of essential components and spare parts.

- Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance on troubleshooting and system enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and corporate guidelines for electronic systems and equipment.

- Identify opportunities for integrating cutting-edge electronic technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.

- Support in the evaluation and procurement of new electronic equipment and systems.

- Ensure all systems are compliant with quality assurance processes and environmental standards.

Candidate's Profile:

- Should have experience in managing electronics in a manufacturing/industrial setting, preferably in FMCG.

- Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA systems, and other automation technologies.

- Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, diagnostic tools, and system optimization.

- Experience with team leadership and mentoring in a factory environment.

- In-depth knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, with a focus on automation and control systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
