Sprng Energy - Deputy Manager - BOP - Wind Asset Management (10-12 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure healthiness of EHV lines, Substation & other components of HV/ EHV system.
- Preparation of Operation and maintenance SOP's of substation & EHV lines.
- Preparation of Daily generation report & fault analysis report.
- Preparation of HIRA, JSA of Electrical activities.
- Maintain the substation & EHV line documents.
- Ensure the execution of Operation & maintenance activities as per SOP's.
- Coordination between HO team, Site team, OEM and its sub-contractors for the flawless operation of wind generation plant.
- Ensure that all targets are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- EHV spares forecast and to define the inventory level required for healthy operation.
- Resolve the right of way issue with stakeholders.
- Manage the relationship with the OEM and all stakeholders.
- Adhering to all set ESG norms, ISO policies set by the company.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain documents as per the requirements.
- Review and approve first-level sign off on the measurement sheets, payments.
- Ensuring regulatory compliances are met with various government bodies.
