Understand Pet Process plant Instrument equipment Calibration, Labratory equipment conductivity meter, orific plate, level gauge, Calorimeter, Ultrasonic, spectrometer,visometer Electronic Weigh balance, Differiential PT,
Understand utility Instrument equipment annuation alarm HP/LP Air compressor, RO plant, Nitrogen plant, HTM, Gas Genset 1500 kw Synchronising philopshy plc,
Good knoledge in DCS funtion, PLC, Soft starter, Variable frequency drive ABB, Thyristor drive,
Trouble shooting instrument Inter tripping &Inter locking of process & utility equipment
Attend Instrument equipment zero break down, corrective predictive & preventive maintenance, Minimise down time.
Planning of Critical & Non critical Instrument spare inventory availiblity and documentation ISO, SOP.
Diagonice fault finding abnormalities to corrective action, Supervise for trouble shooting, replace defective parts, reassemble,
Lision with inter department coordination with production & utility & team leader
B Tech Electrical & Instrumentation Engg or Instrumentation Engg or Electronic & Telecommunication Engg with 4 + years of experience in pet resins manufacturing plant.
Ready to relocate to Nigeria.
