Sr. Engineer (Shift In charge) Plastic/Moulding Technology (Manufacturing) Company

Qualification : CIPET/ BE / Diploma / Mechanical

Additional Qualification: Plastic / Moulding Technology Experience : 8-10 Years

Work Location : Narasapur, Kolar Dist (Transport facility from KR Puram-Bangalore)

Language : English, Hindi, Kannada

Preferable Skills:

Should be from Automobile Sector especially from Plastic Moulded Parts Manufacturing Company.

Should have a good knowledge of Injection Moulding Process and Plastic Material Properties.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule in shifts.

- Ensuring that the production is cost effective.

- Making sure products are produced on time and are of good quality.

- Working out the human and material resources needed.

- Estimating the costs and setting the quality standards.

- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.

- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.

- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programmes.

- Liaising among different departments, e.g. Suppliers, Managers.

- Working with managers to implement the company's policies & goals. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.

- Supervising and motivating a team of workers

- Reviewing team performance

- Skill development of dept. members.

Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge of TPM & TPS

- Pioneering in Injection Moulding & Plastic Engineering

- Planning & Problem solving Techniques

- ISO/TS-16949 Internal Auditor

- Customer handling

- Communication & Team building skills
