Should have a good understanding of brand positioning and brand led design thinking Should have some demonstrable experience in leading design strategy covering Graphics, branding and Color/Finish/Material for products.

Should have a flair for fashion and updated with latest trend in fashion, color and materials and their influence on products.

Candidate would be responsible for leading the Product refreshes for the business plan driving Graphics/ Branding/ (Color/Finish/Material) strategy. The job would involve following:

Creating conceptual designs for different brands and consumer segments.

Simulate the design both digitally and physically and presenting to the business team to drive consensus. Trend spotting and Consumer life style mapping for insights development Portfolio analysis for the Color palette by Brand, SKUs and Factories Competitive mapping Track emerging technologies and work with vendors to develop new concepts CMF strategy based on product laddering Developing Brand Design language Lead the design through till launch. Conducting periodic Brand Design Audits.

Masters degree with 7-8 years experience in Sports, FMCG, lifestyle/fashion, consumer durable or automobile related industry.
