SSA Architects - Project Manager (20-25 yrs)
- Sandeep Shikre & Associates : A leading Architectural, Interior Design and Project Management Consultancy firm with 250+ strong team is looking for Project Manager for one of their large Redevelopment (Govt/Semi Govt) Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC) project.
Brief Job Responsibility :
- Understand project objectives and review/monitor project activities till project handing over/closure of the project
- Liasioning with government bodies, contractors and other project stakeholders
- Planning, Coordination & Execution
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control
- Value Engineering
- Manpower planning and team building
- Coordination with project stakeholders
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Project.
- Project execution and control.
- Attend meetings, liaise with Client/authorities, give presentation to client/stakeholders, prepare notes, assist client for negotiations, preparation of reports as and when required
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project team for getting the work done
- Co-ordinate and update the client for site related issues such as - design, budget, quality and time etc.
- Recommend the corrective action, mid-course change as and when they become evident. Assist the client in dispute resolution.
- Evaluating potential obstacles and implementing necessary changes.
- Implement and manage process system throughout the project
- Formulate trackers/checklists/MIS Reports for various tasks to keep a track of day-to-day operations and increase efficiency & productivity
- Development and Standardization of SOP/documentation, realignment wrt to project requirement and ensuring implementation throughout the project period.
- Monitoring all operations & activities to ensure they produce the desired results & are consistent with the overall strategy to ensure project's performance for the entire project period
- All the tasks that are required to complete
Educational Qualification & Other Requirements :
- B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Construction) from reputed institute
- Post graduation in Construction management is preferred
- Good working knowledge of English and Marathi language is essential
Other Must Haves :
- Excellent interpersonal and Management skills considering the nature of Construction industry
- Strategic planning
