Stanza Living - Design Head - Space Planning (9-14 yrs)
- The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for leading and ideating a range of design concepts and innovations suited for the modern age student community.
- This experience is one-of-its-kind and allows the candidate to be at the cutting edge of a range of space solutions and designing which will be proprietary in nature which can drive higher customer satisfaction and also generate superior product utilization.
- Study and develop space planning solutions for different properties incorporating smart ideas.
- Design and development of concept templates, the sense of which is adapted.
- Build a strong team of designers & architects to develop impeccable concept/working/detail drawings.
- Liaise with product partners to create bespoke furniture/fittings layouts & solutions
- Partner with projects team to supervise time- and cost-effective project execution
- Create a templatized framework for property selection/rejection based on design constraints
- Work with third party product design partner whenever necessary, to create and finalize detailed proprietary Stanza design
- Collaborate with customer engagement team to help optimize final design from MVP perspective
