Job Deliverable:-
A. Demand Creation
1. Ensuring conversion of sales wrt Technical support employee
2. Conduct Architecture, Engineers & Mason meets as per the plan
3. Effective implementation of Mason Loyalty Program & Architect Loyalty Program
4. Generating leads through HB visits, Site visit, Mason meet, contractor meets etc
5. Ideate new initiatives to enhance service levels
B. Customer Complaint Redressel
1. Customer Complaint redressel & Service
2. Product Quality monitoring & feedback to plant
3. Development of product literature
4. Periodical inspection of Godowns
5. Technical training
6. Data Bank generation.
C. Team Enhancement & Development
