Job Description :

- Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional with a passion for mechanical engineering and a strong interest in Building Information Modelling (BIM)? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of BIM Modeler/Engineer - Mechanical. In this role, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in creating 3D BIM models of building mechanical systems such as HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing.

- Collaborate with senior BIM Modelers, mechanical engineers, project coordinators, and other team members to integrate mechanical components into building models.

- Support clash detection and resolution activities to ensure seamless coordination of mechanical systems.

- Participate in the generation of shop drawings, schedules, and reports from mechanical BIM models.

- Learn and adhere to established BIM standards and best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and trends.

- Seek guidance and actively participate in mentoring opportunities provided by the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering.

- 0-3 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably with a focus on mechanical systems.

- Basic proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD

- Strong willingness to learn and develop mechanical BIM modeling skills.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and a desire to grow professionally.

- BIM-related coursework or certifications are a plus.
