Location : Gurgaon
Experience : 4-7 yrs
Essential : 3-4 yrs in procurement/vendor Management from any service industry
Qualification : MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
Job description :
1. Identify and em-panel vendors within India and overseas for organization's offerings which may include identity, verification, background screening, partner due diligence etc.
2. Lead vendor negotiations, recommend vendor selection and implement standard procurement process while ensuring maximum value for the business
3. Develop & roll out training modules to ensure adherence with company processes and service quality standards by vendors
4. Monitor and analyse vendor performance on an ongoing basis to ensure agreed SLAs and KPIs of the contract with clients are strictly implemented
5. Maintain contract database and protocol for ongoing vendors.
6. Pro-actively work with - Operations- department, product managers & Sales Managers to identify procurement opportunities
